- Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually
- Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.
- Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Answer incoming calls and follow telephone standards.
- Greet customers, identify their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
- Conduct a vehicle walk-around to assess customer needs.
- Gain customer approval for recommended services and offer a multi-point inspection.
- Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
- Provide accurate estimates, review inspection findings, and obtain approval for additional repairs.
- Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers informed of their vehicle's repair status until completion.
- Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales-to-Service customer handoff.
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
