This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs
- Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations
- Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity
- 2 years of Service Advisor experience required
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
- Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Experience with Hyundai or other OEM brands preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
