DFC Title Administrator II
The DFC Title Administrator II is responsible for all aspects of lien and title release as it pertains to Driveway Finance Corporation.
The DFC Title Administrator II reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Process all lien and title releases in a timely manner
- Work within ELT platform to release electronic liens and titles
- Follow state DMV instructions for releasing lien and processing paper payoff titles
- Determine the appropriate mailing method for paper payoffs and prepare the envelope/label accordingly
- Complete state DMV forms for repossession to auction titles, as well as flip paper repossession titles into Driveway Finance Corporations name only when required by the DMV
- Maintain positive and professional communications with DMV, dealership, and third-party lender personnel
- Assist customers with matters pertaining to title release
- Accurately document all actions and communications pertaining to the vehicle title in loan management system
- Title audits, projects, and other duties as assigned

- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- Previous experience in office/administration, customer service, or auto title/DMV related work preferred
