- Pay: $18.00 Hourly
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do
- Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress.
- Greet and assist customers who enter the store.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with multiple clerical tasks.
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.
- Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
- Daily cash reconciliation.
- 1 year of previous Customer Service experience.
- 1 year of Previous Cashier experience.
- A team player who is focused on providing first-class customer service.
- Experience responding to customer requests
- Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels.
- Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of CDK.
The Hourly Pay for this position is $18.00.
