This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of BMW products, features, and financing options
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Previous sales experience required (automotive, luxury retail, real estate, or other high-line sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to provide premium customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
