- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work meets Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
- Verify parts for each repair and document all work and test results.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces daily.
- Road test vehicles to confirm successful repairs.
- Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques.
- Collaborate constructively with other team members.
- Promote safety and report any risks or concerns to management.
- Experience in automotive body/collision repair (preferred).
- Familiarity with body shop tools and equipment.
- Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and urgency.
- Great communication skills—written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
