What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Lithia & Driveway?
Experienced Barista
- Pay: $15-$18/ hr (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Barista Responsibilities:
- Delivers legendary customer service to all
- Follow policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Qualifications:
- Great Customer Service
- Barista Experience, preferred
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
