Who We're Looking For
- 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to follow a sales process and close professionally
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to honesty and transparency
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- UNCAPPED annual earning potential of $50,000 to $90,000 based on experience
- Competitive commission structure on new and used vehicles
