What will you be doing?
- Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
- Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
- Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Introduce customers to service team
- Enter customer information into CRM
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
- Dealership experience, a plus
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills –verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
