Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across several key functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, including benefits, recruiting, payroll, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with auditing employee benefits enrollments and ensuring data accuracy
- Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Help maintain and audit timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with payroll preparation, including data entry and validation
- Support employee onboarding and training coordination
- Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
