We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Administration / Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations and administrative functions of the company. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.
The Business Specialist Support role is responsible for assisting business operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day business operations, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Prepare and analyze business reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of new tools and systems for better productivity.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Controlling & Analysis:
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess business performance.
- Implement internal controls and risk management procedures.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Support each functions such as expense controller.
- Strategic Support:
- Provide financial input for strategic decisions and business development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Lead or support special projects, including system implementations or process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Language:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus depending on the region).
