Are you the person everyone calls when production goes down? Do you enjoy troubleshooting complex electrical systems, solving problems quickly, and keeping critical equipment running? If so, Litehouse Foods is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to help power our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems while partnering with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and uptime.

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems and industrial electrical equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operation.

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.

• Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components following electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to plan and execute electrical installations.

• Observe and follow all safety regulations and policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities, and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

• Must be able to work any day, including holidays, or any shift and/or overtime as required.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Completion of an industrial electrical apprenticeship or vocational training program required.

• Valid Journeyman Industrial or Commercial Electrician license required.

• 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong background in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.

• Experience troubleshooting 480V three-phase, 120V AC, and low-voltage DC electrical systems.

• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), industrial controls, electrical safety practices, and preventive maintenance.

• Proficiency in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and voltage testers.

• Proficiency using electrical testing equipment, reading schematics, and diagnosing complex electrical issues.

• Ability to perform work accurately and methodically, ensuring proper connections, secure installations, and compliance with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements

• Willingness to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Possession of a valid journey level industrial or commercial electrical license.

• Compliance with state and local regulations for electrical work.
