Working Foreman – Lite Building Services (Richmond, VA)
Can you run a crew and still do the work yourself? We're looking for a foreman who can lead a crew while doing quality carpentry and finish work alongside them.
The Job:
Lead small crews on commercial jobs – You'll run 3-5 person teams on tenant fit-outs and small commercial projects around Richmond. You're the go-to person on site.
Work with your hands every day – This isn't a clipboard job. You'll be doing drywall finishing, carpentry, and framing right alongside your crew.
Keep jobs moving smoothly – Make sure work gets done safely, on time, and done right. You'll coordinate with the office and solve problems as they come up.
Required:
- 3 years doing commercial construction work
- 1 year leading crews or working as a foreman
- Strong skills in drywall finishing and carpentry
- Can read blueprints and work from plans
- Spanish/English bilingual is a big plus (but not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
