Trial (Litigation) Attorney
We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm in Atlanta dedicated to achieving outstanding results for our clients while providing a supportive and team-oriented workplace. Our litigation team handles motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases throughout Georgia.
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with trial experience (or strong litigation background) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious attorney who wants to work in a results-driven environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial, including depositions, motions, mediations, and jury trials
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials
- Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and senior attorneys to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients regarding case status
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
- 2 years of litigation or trial experience (personal injury strongly preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- History of achieving successful verdicts
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong ethical values
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
