Litchfield Health & Rehab Center is seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our growing team! This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily business office operations while supporting residents, families, and staff in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Your Role:
Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications
Prepare and submit write-off requests according to collection policies
Manage preparation of daily deposits
Oversee Accounts Payable functions
Supervise payroll processes and business office operations
Lead and support Business Office staff
Maintain compliance with billing regulations and reimbursement guidelines
Assist with additional business office duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, insurance billing, and office operations preferred
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented professional with reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on genuine hometown care
