Position Summary:
Litchfield Custom Cabinetry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our sales and marketing strategies. This individual will assist in lead generation, client communications, content creation, CRM management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate has a passion for organization, marketing communication, and working within a small, dynamic team to grow a premium cabinetry brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Assist with lead tracking and data entry in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries and showroom appointments.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and product information to prospects.
- Support the Sales Manager with client proposals, pricing sheets, and order documentation.
Marketing Execution
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns and newsletters.
- Help manage social media accounts (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
- Coordinate photography sessions for project installs and manage the photo library.
- Upload and maintain content on the company website (project galleries, blogs, bios, etc.).
Event and Outreach Coordination
- Support logistics for local builder events, home shows, and client appreciation gatherings.
- Maintain promotional materials and branded merchandise inventory.
- Assist with outreach to builders, designers, and real estate professionals.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Track marketing and sales KPIs and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (home design/build industry a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace) and social media scheduling tools a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
