Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lateral Partner at Litchfield Cavo's Phoenix Local Office, in Phoeniz, Arizona. The Lateral Partner will work on business development, establish and manage client relationships, and lead legal teams across a diverse range of practice areas. Key responsibilities include overseeing case strategy, providing legal counsel, negotiating resolutions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The candidate will collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide innovative and efficient legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Extensive legal experience in areas such as Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, Employment and Labor Law, Products Liability, Construction Defect or related fields
- Proven ability to negotiate, strategize, and manage complex legal cases effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and precise legal documentation
- Strong client relationship, management and business development skills
- Bar admission in Arizona
- A commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered legal solutions
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing legal teams
- Solid understanding of legal procedures and court rules
- Personal integrity and commitment to high ethical standards and civility in the practice of law
