Position Overview:
Real Estate Software company is seeking a part time employee to assist our VP of Customer Experience. Will be responsible for identifying, researching, and maintaining a high-quality database of potential leads to support sales and marketing initiatives. Must have a background in Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using various online resources, industry databases, social media platforms, etc.
- Gather and verify key information about prospective clients, including contact details, company information, and relevant decision-makers.
- Contact potential leads from database to determine which ones might be high quality prospects and effectively explain our software with the end goal of scheduling a demo with our sales team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Back Office, or Transaction Management
- Sales background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable making cold calls and describing our product to potential new clients
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Compensation:
- Base - $20 an hour plus bonus potential
- Work from home with flexible hours - 10-20 hours per week
- Potential for growth in responsibilities, hours, and income over time
