Founding Content Marketing Lead

TL;DR: We’re hiring a Sr. Manager of Content Marketing to work directly with our Head of Marketing to help scale Listen from $XXM → $100M ARR. This role is for someone who loves the craft and the strategy: you’re interviewing customers, writing the scripts, penning research papers, and stepping in front of the camera when needed. Expect to move fast, run tight experiments, scale what works, and grow your career!

Min. 3 years in B2B SaaS content, product marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles. Comfort with video, social-first content, and customer storytelling is important. Prior experience as a social media creator is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Own content strategy and execution across case studies, webinars, blogs, and social
• Create content researchers love and that shows how Listen helps them do better work
• Turn complex topics into clear, compelling stories and standout B2B content
• Write high-quality assets including whitepapers, reports, launch materials, and scripts
• Interview customers and translate insights into content that drives credibility and demand
• Test and scale new formats including video, webinars, podcasts, and social-first content
• Partner with founders and internal teams to shape narratives and bring ideas to market
• Use performance data to iterate quickly and scale what works

• Strong writer, storyteller, and editor with excellent taste

• Comfortable across multiple content formats, including video
• (Preferred) Confident on camera, or excited to grow into it
