Listabid is a real estate marketplace where homeowners list once and licensed agents compete to win the listing—giving sellers more control and saving them thousands in commission.
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Growth Marketer to own short-form content and paid social across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a clear goal: generate homeowner leads and listings.
This role blends creative execution with performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for producing content, launching ads, testing messaging, and scaling what works.
Responsibilities
• Create high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and FB Reels
• Develop hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs tailored to homeowners
• Edit content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram); TikTok Ads a plus
• Test creative angles, offers, and audiences weekly
• Monitor and report on KPIs including CPL, conversion rate, and CAC
• Collaborate closely with the founder on messaging, positioning, and growth experiments
• Build a repeatable content and ad testing system Requirements
• Proven experience creating short-form content that drives results
• Experience managing Meta ad campaigns (structure, targeting, creatives, reporting)
• Strong copy and storytelling instincts
• Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate based on data
• Comfortable owning results end-to-end (from creative to performance)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in real estate, local lead generation, or marketplaces
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads
• UGC or influencer sourcing experience
• Funnel optimization experience
• Basic design skills
