Job Overview
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavior plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in patient care, ensuring that each client receives compassionate, effective support grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
  • Create new programs and make ongoing adjustments to existing ones as needed.
  • Collaboration across different teams within the organization.
  • Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to clinicians and therapists, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations.
  • Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification or Master's with ABA coursework
  • Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage higher-level administrative and supervisory functions when required.
  • Ability to maintain ongoing communication with team members regarding schedules and client needs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
