Job Summary
We are seeking a Professional Services Operations Analyst to support both delivery analytics and day-to-day operational needs within a professional services organization. This role splits time between reporting and analysis, and hands-on operational support such as data maintenance, contributions for new business proposals, and compliance follow-ups. The ideal candidate has foundational experience, strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, and a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics (approximately 50%)
Use Salesforce and other data-driven platforms to build and maintain reports and dashboards
Support recurring reporting on project status, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs
Analyze delivery performance such as utilization, capacity, and project health
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Operational Support (approximately 50%)
Perform administrative data inputs and updates in Salesforce and related systems
Track and follow up on compliance-related tasks (e.g., project setup, time entry, documentation)
Support delivery and operations teams with day-to-day coordination and data accuracy
Help standardize and improve operational processes and workflows
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications
~2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a professional services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
Basic understanding of the professional services delivery and project-based business model
Experience with Salesforce for reporting, data entry, or operational support (a plus)
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate issues
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
