Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Bottling Line Helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our beverage production line. Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring bottling line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness of the production area, equipment, and packaging materials in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Help with packaging operations, including loading bottles onto conveyors, capping, labeling, and quality inspection.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to maintenance staff.
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and organizing supplies for production needs.
- Follow all food safety protocols and safety procedures to uphold industry standards within the food and beverage sector.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, or packaging environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification; warehouse experience is a plus.
- Experience in distilling or spirit production is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
