What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Girls Head Tennis Coach position at Lisle Community Unit School District #202?
- Demonstrated ability in the teaching and coaching of a Tennis program in a multicultural high school and/or unit district
- Must be able to manage all levels within the program, able to manage various areas within the program, organized, flexible, able to take direction from their direct supervisor, and able to work and communicate with parents and the Booster Club
- Enhance, improve, and maximize students' athletic skills required to compete at a high level
- Lead an athletic program for sustained participation and success
- Works with the Athletic Department to ensure all games, officials, and transportation are scheduled
- Other duties as determined by administrator
- Required Experience or Training
- Valid Illinois State Teaching, Substitute, and/or ASEP Certification
- Knowledge of the sport
- Previous coaching experience at the high school level
- Commensurate with experience per 2025-2026 LEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (see attached)
