Team Expert Responsibilities
LISKE Team Experts are expected to assist and/or provide lead consulting/advisory in the following:
- Preliminary Assessments – Identity the strengths and weaknesses of evidence and expert opinions.
- Forensic Examinations – Support to Transportation, Product and Premise groups.
- Accident Reconstructions – Multi-disciplined.
- Expert Reports on findings.
- Trial Testimony [when required].
Team Expert Requirements
- Ph.D in Biomechanical/Biomedical Engineering; ACTAR Certification a plus.
- Professional Certifications.
- Professional Association Memberships.
- Prior Consulting experience.
- Prior Testifying experience.
