What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire Workplace Service Coordinators across multiple sites.
- Oversee day-to-day operations: facilities, office services, vendor contracts, compliance, and more.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective, reliable services.
- Drive regional projects such as office moves, renovations, and sustainability initiatives.
- Align workplace services with employee needs and firm goals, ensuring consistency and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in facilities or workplace services management.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing frontline teams.
- Expertise in vendor and budget management.
- Familiarity with workplace technologies (CAFM/IWMS) and compliance standards.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
