Lisette Home Care Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join a compassionate team in our Aston Pa., agency office. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Part-time Scheduling Coordinator with home care experience preferred. Applicant must possess the following:
The Scheduling Coordinator will undertake tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. Problem solving skills will be demonstrated via excellent communication, and the ability to foster relationships with employees, clients and external vendors. The goal is to ensure the company’s staffing requirements are always met, and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Job Requirements:
- A high school education/Equivalent or above is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Empathy, compassion and understanding for caregivers and the families they serve
- A willingness to take direction and fulfill requests
- The ability to become a team member with other coordinators in the office, working cohesively to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and attention
- The ability to multi-task
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Experience in Scheduling and Staffing Preferred
Bilingual a plus
