Duties

- Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS or cash register.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring adherence to food handling and food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Skills
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register duties.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
