Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in one or more of the following: Medical spa, Dermatology, Plastic surgery, Cosmetic or elective medical practices
- Strong background in sales-driven, patient-centric environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Proven responsibility for revenue performance, conversion rates, and team accountability

What You'll Own
- Full operational oversight of two established locations
- Leadership, coaching, and development of front office and patient-facing teams
- Sales performance, deposits, collections, and refund management
- Patient experience from first call through follow-up
- SOP enforcement and workflow optimization
- KPI tracking (conversion, revenue, patient flow)
Support of future growth and additional locations
Compensation
Compensation tied to experience and education. Competitive compensation package, including performance incentives, aligned with experience and leadership scope. Significant growth opportunity as the practice expands. Clear path to Regional or Director-level leadership as the organization grows.
