Our Direct Support Professionals provide assistance to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to live an independent life. Our caring professionals assist with:
- Companionship
- Community engagement and socialization
- Life Skills
- Community Outings
- Personal hygiene
- Routine housekeeping tasks
- Administration of medications
- Money management
- Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking
- Attending medical appointments
- Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices
- Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass background checks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Excellent work and personal references required.
- No experience required.
Weekend Premium: Staff will receive a $1.00 increase to their hourly rate of pay.
Midnight Premium: Staff will receive a $1.50 increase to their hourly rate of pay.
