Skills

• Proven dietary aide experience or background working within dietary departments or healthcare settings
• Extensive menu planning skills with knowledge of culinary techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food preparation
• Fine dining experience that emphasizes presentation, quality, and attention to detail
• Strong food safety management skills including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
• Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools
• Experience in high-volume production environments with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent knife skills combined with knowledge of recipe adherence and meal preparation standards
• Catering experience or background working in restaurant or food service environments that demand quick turnaround times
