About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our liquor store team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, maintains a well-organized workspace, and helps create a positive shopping experience while supporting the store's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional service.
• Assist shoppers in selecting products based on their preferences.
• Verify identification for purchases of age-restricted products in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure shelves remain fully stocked and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly sales floor.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
• Support teammates and assist with additional store duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment that sells alcoholic beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting wage: $17.00 per hour
