What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Sales Specialist position at Liquitronics?
We are a growing company in Yucca Valley that specializes in the refurbishing and resale of used items. We primarily deal in B2B sales of electronics and surplus industrial equipment.
We are seeking someone to sell our items on online platforms, primarily eBay. Payment will be solely commission-based, which means you will earn a percentage of every sale that you successfully make.
We will provide the inventory, and you will do what needs to be done in order to sell it on our eBay account. This includes testing, cleaning, researching, listing, and shipping items. It also includes dealing with customers and answering their questions as needed. You will be running a full eBay store.
We can offer guidance and advice on the best ways to sell items, but it is expected that you will learn and pick it up quickly. This job will require you to be self-motivated, trustworthy, and a sharp thinker.
You will have your own office and storage space on-site at our business where you will operate from. The area has a full office setup with a light box, tools, supplies, and storage space. After learning our systems for listing and selling items, you will be expected to do the job mostly unsupervised.
- Be able to accurately assess the value of items to be sold online
- Analyze niche markets for items using eBay's research tools to figure out the optimal way to sell them
- Create high-quality listings on eBay to attract customers and sell items effectively
- Test, clean, and refurbish electronics and other items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be able to pack and ship items to ensure they arrive to customers undamaged
- Have a strong ability to stay organized, both in your personal workspace and in inventory storage
- A strong desire to consistently learn, improve, and ask questions
- A strong willingness to learn from advice constructive criticism
- Ability to adapt to new situations and grow with new challenges
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
