Join Liquipel — Where Innovation Meets Execution
Liquipel is a leading manufacturer of innovative small electronics, mobile accessories, and device-protection solutions. We design, develop, manufacture, and deliver consumer products used by customers around the world.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across the product development and production lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who has managed physical consumer products from initial concept through artwork, packaging, manufacturing, compliance, and final delivery.
The right candidate understands that successful consumer product launches require more than maintaining a timeline. They require close coordination between internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure every detail is completed accurately and on schedule.
This is a hands-on, 100% in-office position supporting multiple product lines and brands under the Liquipel umbrella.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple consumer product projects from concept through production and delivery.
- Define project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and timelines.
- Build and maintain project plans, tasks, dependencies, and deadlines in ClickUp.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across sales, design, sourcing, manufacturing, compliance, operations, and logistics.
- Track progress, manage competing priorities, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and communicate changes affecting cost, quality, or delivery.
- Lead project meetings, assign action items, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Ensure products meet customer requirements, production specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation, proofing, and approval of artwork, packaging, labels, carton markings, and production specifications.
- Verify product details, measurements, model numbers, quantities, labeling, and other production information before manufacturing.
- Maintain organized project files, approvals, compliance records, certifications, testing documentation, and program assets.
- Complete product-development and production-readiness checklists to confirm all required documentation and approvals are in place.
- Maintain Excel trackers for products, production, inventory, samples, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate product samples for testing, internal review, customer presentations, approvals, and shipment.
- Support operational organization and identify opportunities to improve project and production processes.
What You’ll Bring
- At least two years of project management experience, preferably involving consumer products, electronics, accessories, retail products, packaging, manufacturing, or product development.
- Demonstrated experience managing physical products through multiple stages of development and production.
- Strong understanding of project timelines, dependencies, approvals, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing artwork, packaging, specifications, documentation, and production information.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential production issues before they become costly problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency with ClickUp, including task management, project tracking, deadlines, dependencies, and reporting.
- Strong follow-through and a high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable working 100% onsite.
Preferred Experience
- Consumer electronics, mobile accessories, device protection, or similar consumer products.
- Product development or new product introduction.
- Packaging development and artwork approval.
- Overseas manufacturing or supplier coordination.
- Retail product launches.
- Quality control, product compliance, or production documentation.
- Managing multiple product SKUs, customers, or brands simultaneously.
