Industrial Maintenance Technician
LiquidSpring LLC, developer and manufacturer of CLASS®, the next generation in Vehicle Suspension Systems, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to come join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that can lead in the implementation of TPM, troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems (hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical) to support production.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facility equipment and tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Support hands-on equipment development and implementation
- Write and modify PLC logic and controls.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine maintenance and repair of production equipment including CNC lathe, mill, fiber laser, press brake, robotic welders, saws.
- Read and troubleshoot electrical schematics/systems (480/230/208 VAC 3-Phase, 240/208/120 VAC Single Phase, 12/24 VDC and 24VAC controls)
- Facilitate improvements through interdepartmental collaboration.
- Perform interior and exterior facility maintenance, possibly in adverse weather conditions.
- Follow all safety requirements while performing job duties.
- Action-oriented/proactive/proficient: minimizing downtime of unplanned interruptions & PM’s
Job Requirements:
- A.A.S. in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Technology or equivalent.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and support
- 5-10 years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience
- Highly skilled in Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical, PLC skills
- Maintains a positive demeanor, solution-oriented attitude while executing tasks, even under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
- Follow all safety requirements while performing job duties.
- Use PM/TPM methods to minimize equipment and production down time
- Complete required paperwork associated with the job responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have an excellent attendance record.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, squat, reach, climb, and/or work in a lift for lengthy periods of time.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to work in a man lift and/ or working heights of twenty-five feet as required.
