Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–5 years of recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced growth.
Location: Morrisville, NC - Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production operators, quality technicians, maintenance personnel, and other skilled positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and community outreach programs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing roles in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments is required.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Knowledge and relationships with local career development organizations.
- Experience representing the Company at job fairs and networking events.
- Experience with inclusive hiring practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute autonomously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of state and federal hiring requirements.
