Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–5 years of recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced growth.

Location: Morrisville, NC - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production operators, quality technicians, maintenance personnel, and other skilled positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and community outreach programs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing roles in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments is required.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Knowledge and relationships with local career development organizations.
• Experience representing the Company at job fairs and networking events.
• Experience with inclusive hiring practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute autonomously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of state and federal hiring requirements.
