What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff/Senior Accountant position at Liquid Strategies?
Who we are: Since 2013, Liquid Strategies (“Liquid”) has been applying an investment overlay to traditional bond and stock portfolios, creating practical solutions for managing clients’ cash flow and growth objectives. Overlay Shares (our suite of actively managed ETFs) eliminate past inhibitors of overlay adoption to make this strategy available to a broader investment community. In 2023 and 2024 Liquid opened a private fund and two new Interval funds that have been very successful. In 2020 Bison Wealth (“Bison” - an affiliated company) was created and quickly acquired two SEC registered investment advisors. Bison Wealth is rapidly growing in the wealth space through many acquisitions, while leveraging the use of Liquid products where appropriate. As affiliated/private companies, both are served by the same Finance Department. Providing everything from accounting, treasury, payroll, forecasting, human resources, and various other services as needed. It is an exciting time full of growth, challenges, and opportunities for both entities.
