Purchase Order Administration Supervisor
Location: Irving, TX (Corporate Headquarters)
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Position Overview
Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a PO Administration Supervisor to lead our Purchase Order Administration function. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily application of purchase orders to service call IDs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong coordination with our Portal Billing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-moving operational environment. This position plays a key role in improving PO health, reducing billing delays, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the PO Administration team to ensure purchase orders are applied accurately and on time
- Monitor PO health, identify gaps or errors, and resolve issues before they impact billing
- Partner closely with the Portal Billing team to ensure smooth handoffs and shared accountability
- Proactively reduce rework and delays by addressing PO issues early
- Support cross-training and knowledge sharing between PO Admin and Portal Billing teams
- Document, maintain, and improve PO administration processes and SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the team
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when appropriate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and improve processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- 3 years of experience in purchase order administration, billing operations, or a related function
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Corporate office setting with a hybrid work schedule
- Periods of sitting, with occasional light lifting or bending
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
