Purchasing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Purchasing Associate to support our supply chain operations at our Atlanta headquarters. This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance and leadership capability.
Responsibilities
- Support purchasing activities and vendor communications via phone, email, and video calls to coordinate orders and resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
- Research and evaluate potential new product opportunities
- Analyze purchasing data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams on priorities and vendor management
- Take on increasing responsibility as skills and performance develop
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, and business software
- Self-motivated with strong desire for professional growth and increased responsibility
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, or distribution operations preferred
