- Create and design impactful graphics, postcards, technical bulletins, and sales support materials.
- Develop visual assets that match brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Provide on-site and off-site multimedia support for company events, including PowerPoints, setup, photography, videography, and live content capture.
- Work with event teams to ensure that media elements are integrated smoothly.
- Participate in jobs and field activities to gather authentic content that highlights our company's people, daily operations, and customer relationships.
- Create and deliver engaging photo and video content for both internal and external audiences.
- Maintain and expand the company’s social media channels with new, relevant, and engaging content.
- Track trends and analytics to enhance performance and boost audience engagement.
- Help develop and strengthen the “voice of the business” through consistent messaging and tone across all media.
- Work together with marketing and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and social media management. Provide examples and a portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools, as well as scheduling tools and collaborative digital platforms for work sharing.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including editing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Knowledge of agricultural and field industries is required.
