Qualifications
2 years of experience in Remodeling/Restoration preferred
Ability to lift 75lbs. frequently
Able to pass a criminal background check
High School diploma
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must have the ability to be on-call and to work nights and weekends/overtime, as needed

Performance and management of reconstruction projects.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Provide leadership to a team (teach, coach, mentor, and help problem-solve)
Foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork, and growth
Complete project documents and prepare estimates
Drive service vehicles (Box trucks, vans, trailers, etc.)

Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized fleet
Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call rotation
Assist other team members as needed
Represent our company in a professional manner
Digitally capture pertinent job data
Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol
Be a flexible team player and always demonstrate a can-do attitude
Maintain company image and a positive attitude
Report to Operations Manager
Company Vehicle may be provided after 90 days.
Experience level:
