Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Licensed Real Estate Salesperson role located in Melville, NY. The position involves assisting buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals. You will also manage listings through the NY State MLS and leverage digital tools for paperless transactions. Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in New York State
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
