The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for performing all duties related to order entry, ensuring daily order processing goals are met with accuracy and efficiency. This role plays a critical part in maintaining excellent customer service by responding to internal communications promptly and professionally, recognizing that the quality of work reflects the value Lippert provides as a brand. Must be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to continuous improvement. They must be able to navigate various customer channels, including OEM, Marine, WD, and Specialty Markets, while maintaining accurate data and supporting a seamless order-to-fulfillment process. Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
Travel
Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

- Accurately enter customer orders received before 2:00 PM on the same business day
- Work effectively within a team environment and participate in cross-training across order entry functions.
- Monitoring customer orders sent electronically daily with minimal errors - include verifying/updating customer information and monitoring the internal process of all account orders.
- Ability to learn general knowledge of the product line and is familiar with promotions and pricing schedules.
- Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

- Enter, process, and maintain customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet daily business deadlines.
