Assist with scheduling and dispatching of technicians for service, maintenance or emergency repairs outside the place of business and will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure customer needs are met by creating a customer-to-client atmosphere in all interaction with internal and external customers.

- Serve as the initial point of contact for escalated issues; inform manager as needed.
- Receive customer service calls, schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, coworkers, and supervisors to relay work orders, updates, and service status, and to address questions, problems, or service requests.
- Prepare and manage daily work and run schedules; monitor technician locations and utilization to coordinate service.
- Identify optimal itineraries based on customer and equipment knowledge; advise technicians of traffic, construction, weather, or other hazards.
- Receive, document, and track customer purchase orders; resolve related issues.
- Confirm time, verify materials, and submit for billing once matched to biller.
- Record customer requests and services performed; manage the unbilled hours report.
- Coordinate tools and inventory needed for technicians to complete service orders.
- Perform administrative duties, including returning parts for credit and labeling incoming equipment or parts for service and construction departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- 3 years of dispatching experience required.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills, both verbally and written
