Jr. Project Manager
We’re seeking a Jr. Project Manager to orchestrate our creative projects with precision and quality. You’ll be ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery while keeping teams inspired and clients delighted.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, globally recognized creative studio where ideas move fast, standards are high, and collaboration is key.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Management with Purpose
- You’ll take ownership of timelines, budgets, and workflows, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery—without compromising creative integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- You’ll liaise with internal teams, clients, and partner agencies, making sure everyone’s aligned and moving toward the same goal. Refining workflows, and helping the team stay agile and efficient.
Client Partnership
- You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact—gathering feedback, managing expectations, and building strong, respectful relationships.
Creative Advocacy
- You know how to protect the vision while staying realistic about scope and deadlines. You’ll help shape creative that’s not just delivered—but delivers.
Problem-Solving on the Fly
- Anticipating challenges before they surface is second nature. You’ll troubleshoot, adapt, and keep the team focused on what matters.
Supporting Digital & Social Campaigns
- You’ll play a role in bringing content to life—particularly in digital and social spaces—helping to coordinate campaigns that are both strategic and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in a project management, account, or creative ops role—ideally within a creative studio or agency environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, etc.
- Strong organizational instincts and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with focus and grace.
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal—with clients, creatives, and leadership.
- A working knowledge of creative production: design, copywriting, video, photography, post.
- Experience with social and digital marketing is a plus, especially if you’ve helped guide or support content campaigns.
- Comfort with budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
