What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet Cleaning Technician position at Liotta Carpet Services?
We are looking for a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning and be able to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include brushing in areas of concern, wrapping up hoses, and putting everything away. If you don't have any experience it's not a problem you can be taught how to assist with the cleaning. Must be a reliable person who shows up to work on time and is available Monday-Saturday. Jobs vary based on the calls we receive. At the moment this is a part time position that could eventually be full time if you stick with it. You will be paid weekly as a self contractor. No taxes will be taken out of your pay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstery to remove dirt and debris.
- Inspect carpets for stains and other damage.
- Apply cleaning solutions to carpets using a sprayer or other appropriate equipment.
- Remove stains using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
- Rinse and extract carpets using a steam cleaner or other appropriate equipment.
- Apply protective treatments to carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
