We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Phoenix team.
The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and sales campaigns while developing practical experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and business development.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members, receive hands-on training, and interact directly with customers while representing our clients and their brands.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients and brands professionally in customer-facing environments
- Engage with customers and prospective customers to create positive experiences
- Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, and customer acquisition
- Communicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidently
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Support sales and business development activities
- Participate in events and face-to-face promotional campaigns
- Work with the team to achieve campaign, customer engagement, and sales goals
- Assist with campaign preparation, execution, and customer feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
