About the Role
The Client Coordinator is a foundational, high-visibility role that supports AIIR’s Managing Partners and Client Leads across account expansion efforts, and new business development support.
This role plays a critical part in enabling operational excellence across the client lifecycle by supporting meeting preparation, engagement coordination, client follow-through, pipeline management, prospecting and account expansion. The Client Coordinator helps create a seamless experience for clients and internal teams while enabling Managing Partners and Client Leads to focus on strategic relationship management, consulting, and revenue growth.
The role is intentionally designed as a developmental pathway into future client leadership, consulting, and business development opportunities within AIIR through structured exposure to client strategy, account management, and growth activities.
The two core components of the role include:
- Account Expansion Support (Approximately 80%) - Support Managing Partners and Client Leads in the coordination and execution of ongoing engagements and account growth initiatives.
- Net New Acquisition Support (Approximately 20%) - Support targeted business development and prospecting initiatives through research, outreach support, and pipeline coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Support
- Support Managing Partners and Client Leads in preparing for client and prospect engagements.
- Coordinate follow-through across client deliverables, meetings, and internal workstreams.
- Maintain accurate client, engagement, and pipeline information across internal systems.
- Assist with proposal development, presentation materials, and client communications.
- Support engagement coordination, renewal tracking, and account planning activities.
- Coordinate Coaching Zone requests, coach matching processes, and related follow-up activities.
- Partner cross-functionally with coaching, operations, product, and internal support teams to ensure strong execution and client experience.
2. Growth, Prospecting and Event Support
- Support account expansion and business development initiatives through research, outreach coordination and event support.
- Partner with Marketing and Managing Partners on targeted prospecting and pipeline-building efforts.
- Research prospective accounts, stakeholders, and market opportunities.
- Support LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach and CRM-based prospect engagement activities.
3. Professional Development & Team Contribution
- Build business acumen through exposure to client strategy, consulting conversations, and growth initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong organization, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Actively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous learning.

Additional Details
In-office: 5 days per week (hybrid after 3 months). Office is located in Philadelphia, PA in the Bala Crywood area.
Salary: $65,000
