Job Summary:

Lions Rehab Center, a 101-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA 1 to join our team. As a CNA 1, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• CNA 1 in Maryland
• Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
