- Take inbound warm live calls from prospective clients
- Help families understand and select life insurance coverage
- Sell Final Expense Whole Life and Term Life Insurance policies
- Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Navigate CRM systems and sales software efficiently
- Follow up with leads and maintain organized client records
- Work closely with leadership to continuously improve performance

- Median agent income: Approximately $12,000/month gross
